Choices

Some unexpected things happened today. Well, what's new with this anyway? Everyday, I encounter shitload of unexpected things anyway. So now, I refer to today as one of those days...

This afternoon, my thesis mode fuel ran out on me so I was just lying around and watching tv for the afternoon. Then I decided to just hang out at the mall or something.

First choice: Go to megamall

But before going there, I stopped by at home depot to get some flyers needed for our P.P. class this friday. Eventually, I got some flyers.. but not as much as I expected.. Basically, I almost got as much as nothing. Aside for the three I got, most stores were closed so there were only few shops to ask around.

Then after that, I went on to megamall. Then a horrifying sight came in front of my eyes... NO, it's not a grown man being hit by an 18 wheel truck and dragged around with his intestines danggling like a piece of rope tied around the man, but what I saw was the the parking was full! Oh no!!! Why?!!! Yes it's a holiday, but at 2 in the afternoon the parking's full already?!!! There's no sale or anything but still on a monday afternoon?!!!

So then I decided to go with plan B...

Second Choice: Go to Market! Market!

A few kilometers away, a few minutes have past and then I witness another horrifying sight again! The parking's full there as well! WHAT?!!!! The parking's full?!! It was such a shocker because everytime I go and hang out there the parking is always available... but now the line is so long that the end is almost at the intersection... That long?!!!! Well then, I thought for a second, will I just go home or stick it out there and wait for a parking slot... but then an idea came to mind... Then came plan C!

Third choice: BLUE WAVE MARIKINA!

Woohoo! I got there and there were a lot of parking spots!! and another thing is that it was free!! And it was directly in full view of the security guard! SWEET!! Then I checked out the stores there and eventually I was led to the movie theatre... there I decided to watch the advanced screening of Chicken Little... It's an okay movie for me... Not that good but not that bad as well... One liners used in the film were so hillarious! It's a recommended movie for those who want to kill time... but for 75 bucks... it was worth it! Oh, and did I mention that the cinemas there were like Glorietta 4 cinemas (well, almost...) and is quite cheap!

Well, I just hope that only a few people go to the mall tomorrow... Well, the holiday's over so basically, only a few people will have the time to go shopping then..

Well, that's music to my ears...
